2. Booking and Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless a written agreement states otherwise.
We accept cash, checks, and electronic payments.
A 5% late fee will be added to outstanding balances.
Returned checks will incur an additional processing fee.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If Clean Master is unable to access the premises or complete the cleaning due to unforeseen circumstances, a cancellation fee may apply.
4. Service Guarantee and Limitations
We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue.
Our services do not include tasks beyond standard cleaning, such as deep stain removal, heavy lifting, or hazardous material handling.
5. Liability and Damages
Clean Master is not liable for pre-existing damages or wear and tear on surfaces and furnishings.
We are only responsible for damages caused by our negligence.
We are not liable for injuries sustained by employees of other companies present on the premises.
6. Privacy and Security
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information with care.
Your details will never be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
7. Health and Safety
To ensure a safe working environment, we require clients to secure pets and hazardous items before service.
Our staff follows strict health and safety guidelines during cleaning.
8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if safety concerns, unpaid invoices, or unreasonable demands arise.
